Daiwa Living Australia Pty Ltd was established on December 9,2016 as a local subsidiary wholly owned by Daiwa Living Management Co., Ltd.

Subsequently, on February 28, 2017 Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. and Daiwa Living Management Co., Ltd., both of which are Daiwa House Group companies, jointly acquired shares in a corporate group operating the management and operation of serviced apartments in Australia and New Zealand, making it a subsidiary and entering the business in this field .
Furthermore, in July 2019, the company underwent a rebranding and began operating under the name “Nesuto”.
*In January 2022, Daiwa Living Management Co., Ltd. was absorbed into Daiwa Living Co., Ltd.

Going forward, we will fully utilize the know-how we have cultivated in our domestic rental housing management-related business, and as a member of the "value co-creation group for people, cities, and lifestyles," we will aim to further expand our business in Australia and New Zealand by providing customers with "safe, secure, and comfortable" spaces, as well as continuing to take on the challenge of creating new value.
